  • Mission statement

    The beneficiaries of Buttle UK are children and young people who are ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom, who are seriously disadvantaged by their circumstances, and who are in need of financial assistance for essential home items or for education. In respect of educational grants there is a preference for children who are, or were, adopted, and children of lone parents or who are orphaned, and who have been, or are being, deprived of a normal family life.

    Buttle UK aims to:

    • All our work strives to give children and young people living in poverty greater power to shape their own future and to escape the vicious cycle of social problems that living in poverty can create.
