  • Mission statement

The Objective of this Charity shall be, to organise, or assist in organisation or provision of facilities which will enable girls and boys up to the age of 17 years of age and resident in Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas, to play Association Football. Ensuring that due attention is given to the Physical, Personal and Educational development of their mind.
We also look at psychology at the age groups level, but with the key words, motivation, teamwork and concentration. We have very strong protocols for Health & Safety, Bullying, Verbal Abuse and many other points. All staff are Volunteers and allhave gone through Criminal Record Checks and have been through a tough interview. They all have to have a Level 1 FA Badge. All this cost us a lot of money, The biggest outlay is the Level 1 Badge, £160 per person. We also have 3 Child welfare officer all fully qualified through the FA and local orginisations. Our biggest aim and one that is pushed all the way is the "Children come first" and it is not about winning. The Board of Trustees Lease our facility, but, we are trying to get an asset transfer From Milton Keynes Council and we desperately need funds to see this through. We now have 168 children from 6 to 17 years old and a lot of the 17 year olds come back to help us with our coaching staff. We have got several children on to Acadeny trials and one boy who went on to play for England U16's and U17's and we have, almost, every culture and religion in the World.
