We provide a free drop-in service which aims to reduce isolation and promote social inclusion for people with mental health difficulties.

Founded 2010

  • Mission statement

    To promote and protect the health and well being of people with mental health issues living in the London borough of Richmond on Thames and surrounding areas through the provision of user-led support, education and self-help activities in a safe and friendly environment, such provisions helping to reduce isolation, avoid social exclusion, promote self-reliance and increase self-confidence.
    To provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation and other leisure-time occupations with the object of improving the conditions of life of our beneficiaries.

    Together As One aims to:

    • Reduce isolation and social exclusion for people with mental health difficulties
    • Promote self-confidence and self-reliance
    • Encourage acquisition of new skills eg: computer skills
    • Increase well-being by provision of a supportive environment.
    • Provide healthy meals
