  • Mission statement

    In association with the Parks Trust to provide a new and spectacular public place, the MK Rose, in Milton Keynes which will be available to everyone 24/7 for contemplation, celebration and commemoration.

    Located in Campbel Park in Central Milton Keynes, the MK Rose will be an impressive civic space with a circular design based on the mathematical properties of a flower. It will be a round piazza with 140 pillars arranged in the geometric design of a flower head which will mark historical achievements, local history and important days / events.

    The artist is Gordon Young, who designed the Blackpool Comedy Carpet and the Ring of Steel montage at Stadium:MK.
