Barrier Breakers Foundation

Inspiring soft skills development

Founded 2000

  • Mission statement

We deliver our award-winning BBM soft skills programmes to women and young people in the criminal justice system, and leadership development to the organisations that support them. Soft skills - such as confidence, communication, and teamworking - are the essential life skills that empower individuals, helping them to recognise and remove barriers that hold them back. Our programmes have been helping people since 2000, building employability and reducing crime.

  • Aims

    Barrier Breakers Foundation aims to:

    • To improve the life skills of women and young people in the criminal justice system
