The Love A Child Foundation is a charity set up to support children from poor areas of the world, Burma (Myanmar), India, Nepal and Ecuador who are refugees, abandoned, abused, exploited or orphaned.

Founded 2002

  • Mission statement

The foundation is a non profit making organisation that aims to deliver over 90% of it ’s income directly to the children; at the same time a strict control is kept on who handles the money and how it is spent.
Since its inception in 2002 the foundation has opened up operations in India and Nepal working with Tibetan refugee children, Burma (Myanmar) with internally displaced children in desperate need of help and in Ecuador with abandoned street children, many of whom are disabled.
LACF supports 5 monastic homes and schools in Burma, all of which are run by Buddhist monks, and provide shelter for children affected by governmental conflict, the cyclone of 2008, and extreme poverty. Many of the children are orphaned or estranged from their families.
Our aim is to give food, clothes, shelter, education and healthcare to poor children in the third world by child sponsorship and support projects.
Sponsor a child or donate and through your generous support together we can help Love A Child's children achieve their best in life.
