Gowraar Foundation is a non-profit organization that seeks to connect people who are struggling so that they can achieve the most basic living conditions.
Gowraar has long and short term objectives, relating to our ongoing projects and future activities in Somalia. They include:-
Illiteracy elimination through sustainable, qualitative vocational training for every gender.
To improve the quality and accessibility of drinking water.
Setting up Mother and Child Care Health Centres (MCH’s) and Maternity hospitals.
Promoting peace through participation of Sport
Raising community awareness regarding to self-reliance, influencing decision making process, ownership, and democratisation and strengthening civil society giving a voice to the voiceless such as mothers and children
Poverty mitigation programs through small-scale food production, availability, stability and access to food.
Gowraar Foundation aims to:
