  • Mission statement

Our mission is to provide a diverse programme of high quality drama, comedy, music, dance and film. Our ethos is to ensure community-wide access to the arts and to provide opportunities for all people to experience high quality professional performances as well as providing a further engagement with this through workshops and an extensive education programme.

We strive to encourage young people to experience the Arts as a valuable learning vehicle and wherever possible we try to integrate education packages into our main programme.

Malvern Theatres is central to the creative life of Worcestershire and the surrounding counties. In its three auditoria we present an eclectic mix of new plays and classics from the world repertoire, a diverse programme of contemporary dance, classical music and one night shows of a varied nature from lectures to tribute bands, from orchestras to films.

Through Education we aim to engage tomorrow’s audience. Malvern Theatres’ intention is to foster the health of the wider British Theatre through our own policies of collaboration, education and touring. To that end we have continued to make every effort to ensure that theatre is available for a broader based and younger audience in addition to our long-term supporters.

Malvern Theatres aims to provide an audience member with the best possible creative experience, in a building that is both diverse and inspirational.
