Small Steps – School for Parents helps children with physical disabilities, aged 6 months to four years, work on all areas of their development and provides practical support for their families.
‘“Small Steps, SfP” provides a pre-school support service for babies and young children aged from birth to 4 years who have cerebral palsy, similar forms of motor impairment, syndromes or sensory impairments”.
Small Steps aims to:
- Providing opportunities for pre-school children with disabilities to develop skills across all areas, with a focus on the physical. Leading to increased independence in the future.
- Supporting parents of children with physical disabilities/ profound and multiple learning difficulties and or complex health issues, in their emotional journeys of having a disabled child.
