CraigOwl Communities is a Dundee based charity which provides learning opportunities, training and qualifications, guidance and support to people who want to improve their circumstances.
We believe that for many people, skills and knowledge can provide a route out of poverty. Our aim is to support people to improve their skills and knowledge so that they can overcome disadvantages which in turn will enable them to enjoy fulfilling lives and achieve their personal potential. Our main activity is to provide vocational and employability training, adult learning and other support and guidance.
CraigOwl Communities aims to:
- To enable disadvantaged or excluded individuals to have access to Adult Learning (Literacy and Numeracy), engaging them in a lifelong learning culture.
- To facilitate the entry into employment and sustainability of employment of the people we work with.
- To enable disadvantaged or excluded individuals or sections of the community in which we operate to improve their circumstances and realise their potential.
