  • Mission statement

Our mission is to improve choices, opportunities and social justice for vulnerable people who are homeless, have experienced homelessness or are potentially homeless by providing services ourselves and through influencing policy and services provided by others.

We work in partnership with service users, members of HLG, other service providers and statutory services to:

    • involve and empower people to make informed choices and find their own
    solutions
    • ensure people have access to the best possible information and services
that prevent them from becoming unsettled or homeless
    • enable people to become settled in accommodation and areas of their
    choice
    • recognise, respect, and promote the diversity of people and the
    organisations that support them
    • support the development of links between people, services and
    organisations
    • influence the development of policy and services and promote good
    practice
