We provide professional support, education and care to children with a wide range of disabilities, conditions and syndromes from across North Staffordshire, South Cheshire and the surrounding areas

  • Mission statement

    The mission of the Peter Pan Nursery is to provide a high quality nursery provision to children with special needs up to the age of five. The Peter Pan Nursery also offers much needed support to parents of children with special needs when no state provision is available and parents often feel at their most vulnerable.

  • Aims

    Peter Pan Nursery aims to:

    • provide care and education to children up to the age of 5 with a wide range of needs including complex needs, speech and language delays, physical delays, autism spectrum and undiagnosed conditions
    • support parents/carers and other family members. We offer courses for parents/carers such as Makaton, Choking and resuscitation, Oral Health etc and emotional support for all family members
    • signpost families to various organisations/services. We have a very holistic approach and make our families aware of other services and organisations in order for them to access extra help/support
    • liaise with health professionals such as Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists etc. who we have strong relationships with
    • liaise with various settings. This involves taking parents/carers to look around potential schools and other settings. This ensures a smooth transition and eases anxieties for families
