    The Hertfordshire Charity For Deprived Children awards small grants to children living in the administrative county of Hertfordshire who are facing difficulties that compromise their well-being and self-worth.
    Priority is given to basic necessities such as clothing, beds and household equipment.

  • Aims

    The Hertfordshire Charity For Deprived Children aims to:

    • The children who receive new clothes (including school uniform and sportswear) from the charity would have increased self-esteem with less likelihood of being bullied.
    • To support underprivileged / disadvantaged children in order to improve the quality of their lives by providing urgently needed essential household equipment.
    • By providing the parent(s) / guardian(s) with essential household goods (especially white goods) would result in the children having better quality cooked food and cleaner clothing.
