  • Mission statement

Foundation's mission is to end social exclusion. Our charity provides housing support and complementary services to some of the most excluded and vulnerable groups across the North of England. We work with a range of people including: victims of domestic abuse, young people at risk, homeless families, young people leaving care and offenders.

Our support workers offer needs-based and individualised support to each customer helping them towards full independence. Many have complex needs and require intensive support. We address a range of issues including: unemployment, poor physical and mental health, debt and maximising income, offending behaviour and drug and alcohol problems. We work closely with a wide range of partners to provide holistic support.
