    LYRC's mission is to offer a service which provides young people who are vulnerable and at risk of knife, gun crime and drugs with a rich diversity of personal and social development opportunities and choices, offering them a quality of support to enable them to achieve and make progress, promotes intervention to address issues of disaffection and exclusion and enabling them to be heard and to influence decision making at all levels.

    Life Youth Resource Centre Ltd [LYRC] aims to:

    • To act as a resource for young people up to the age of 19 living in London by providing advice and assistance and organising programme of physical, educational and other activities as a means of:
    • (a) advancing in life and helping young people by developing their skills, capabilities to enable them to participate in society as independent, mature and responsible individuals;
    • providing recreational and leisure time activity in the interests of social welfare for people living in the area of benefit who have need by reason of their youth, age
