People for Animals Care Trust

Rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome or release where possible all domestic animals and all British wildlife,
|Maintain a suitable sanctuary for those that cannot be released and a temporary home for those to be rehomed or released. PACT makes a difference to over 2,500 animals every year.
our work also includes education of the public in the welfare and habitat of animals and to this end we have over 100 work experience students from local schools and colleges every year.

  • Mission statement

    To rescue rehabilitate and rehome or release all species of animals and provide sanctuary for those that cannot be relaesed.
    To educate the public in the respect and care of animals and provide a Therapy Centre where disabled people can act and interact with animals. Working and being with the animals has proven to be an excellent aid to help people regain self-confidence, learn to cope and relate to people. .

  • Aims

    People for Animals Care Trust aims to:

    • (a) To relieve the suffering of animals of any species who are in need of care and attention and in particular to provide or maintain animal sanctuaries or other facilities for the reception and car
    • (b) To advance the education of the public in the care of animals.
    • (c) To advance education in the preservation, improvement and protection of the habitat and environment of animals.
    • (d) To relieve the needs of people, who are in need as a result of disability, ill health, (physical or mental) or unemployment, through animal assisted therapy
