YMCA Cornwall

YMCA Cornwall's focus is on young people to help them play an active and fulfilling role within their communities. We call this a youth minded community approach.
We provide a wide array of community based activities such as youth counselling and mediation and housing services to help meet local needs wherever we are based.

  • Mission statement

It seeks to serve the communities in Cornwall with an emphasis on the young, by providing them with a stimulating and supportive environment enabling them to enrich their lives and the lives of others.

  • Aims

    YMCA Cornwall aims to:

    • Provide a welcome to its members for themselves in a meeting place which is theirs to share, where friendships can be made and counsel sought.
    • Develop activities which stimulate and challenge members in an environment that enables them to take responsibility to find a sense of achievement.
    • Involve all members in the care and work for others.
