Transform Housing & Support helps over 1,000 people every year to improve their lives. We work to prevent homelessness by providing accommodation and support to vulnerable people.

  • Mission statement

    Transform Housing & Support helps over 1,000 people to transform their lives every year. We provide accommodation and support services to vulnerable people across Surrey, Sutton and Wokingham. We are a registered charity and housing association.

    We work to prevent homelessness by:

    1. Providing housing for people who would otherwise have nowhere to live
    2. Supporting people who could be at risk of losing their home
    3. Helping clients address underlying problems such as mental health issues, addictions and debt
    4. Giving clients the confidence and skills to live independently

    Independence is at the heart of what we do. We work in partnership with our clients to help them gain the confidence and skills to live more independently.

  • Aims

    Transform Housing & Support aims to:

    • Support people of all ages with the object of developing their physical or economic circumstances with the object of improving their conditions of life
    • Provide or assist in the provision of facilities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for people of all ages, in the interests of social welfare
    • Provide, maintain and improve houses and hostels providing residential accommodation for people in need upon terms appropriate to their need
    • Provide assist in the provision of education or training for people of all ages with the object of developing their physical or mental capacities
    • Care for and support people of all ages who are suffering emotional, psychological or physical infirmity so as to improve their mental and physical health and their conditions of life
