  • Mission statement

    Our vision is of a community where everyone gets the care they need to live their last years, months and days with respect and dignity. We believe personalised support should be available regardless of the illness a person is living with or the place from which they are receiving care.

    Over the past 20 years we have developed the specialist skills and local knowledge to promote and provide end of life care and bereavement support of the highest standard.

    • We are committed to establishing and running the area’s first comprehensive bereavement support service for people of all ages
