Aqueduct is a UK registered Christian charity that supports poor and marginalised communities in Pakistan by helping them through training, educations and loans to meet their needs
Helping the poor and marginalised through existing local organisations to help themselves, by providing primary education, adult education, vocational training and loans for small businesses start ups.
Aqueduct aims to:
- Setting up and operating schools and training teachers to teach the children of illiterate communities so that they can get better jobs, and lift their families out of poverty
- Providing loans and business training to enable the poor to start businesses so that they can support their families.
- To train and develop community leaders to serve their communities rather than as a platform for their own desires.
- Bringing health services and training to poor communities and developing sustainable practices in water, health and sanitation to improve the quality of life
