    Our mission is to enable blind or partially sighted people living in the United Kingdom to have the same opportunity to easily access and benefit from receiving sound transmission as available to the population as a whole.

    British Wireless for the Blind Fund aims to:

    • To provide all blind or partially sighted persons, aged over 8 and resident in the UK with a specially adapted radio/audio player on free loan providing they meet an 'in-need' criteria.
