  • Mission statement

Blythe House Hospice is an innovative and unique hospice situated in the heart of the Peak District. It adds quality to life by providing the highest levels of care for people affected by cancer and life-threatening illnesses, and supporting those who are bereaved. We are High Peak’s only day care hospice and offer a wide range of services, such as the award winning Living Well Service, which is based on a survivorship model, with over two thirds of clients enjoying a return to improved health and other clients being provided with quality end-of-life care. Currently over 90% of hospice care in the UK is provided through day care and at home services, such as those at Blythe House.
