London Music Masters

London Music Masters is focused on both community development activities and supporting exceptional musical individual talent. Founded in 2007, LMM provides teaching, mentoring, financial support and performance opportunities to musicians between the ages of 4 and 25, working in some of London's most socio-economically challenged areas.

    London Music Masters' mission flows from its vision of a world where everyone has access to extraordinary music.

    Our Mission is to:

    TEACH and inspire thousands of primary school children who would otherwise have limited access to high quality instrumental tuition, transforming their lives by the learning and relationships they develop through music;

    TRAIN the next generation of outstanding young instrumental teachers, establishing the first national programme for music teachers focused on group tuition in state primary schools;

    TRANSFORM the practice of early career musicians by bringing community engagement back to the heart of the artist’s view of their role in the world.
