English for Action (EFA)

English for Action was set up to build ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) learning communities with the power to effect positive change. We want to help create a society where migrants to the UK can thrive, and language is not a barrier to people realising their potential.

We currently provide 24 free ESOL classes per week for 400 adults in London in community locations across the London boroughs of Wandsworth, Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, Greenwich, Hackney & Tower Hamlets.

Founded 2009
