The Nepal Trust is a charity registered in Scotland and an International Non-Governmental Organisation (INGO) registered in Nepal.

  • Mission statement

    The Nepal Trust provides integrated rural development in the far North West of Nepal. Our main objective is to help community projects that emphasise local participation and responsibility and give hope to the people of this very remote and impoverished area, where every day is a struggle for survival.

    We work in 5 key project areas: Primary Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Education and Literacy, Culture and Heritage Preservation, Tourism - Social Enterprise and Business Development.
