CrossReach (Church of Scotland Social Care Council)

CrossReach, the social care arm of the Church of Scotland, is one of the largest third sector providers of Social Care in Scotland, offering support to some of the most vulnerable people the length and breadth of the country.
We deliver services to the elderly; people with dementia, learning disabilities, substance misuse or mental health problems; children and their families; the homeless; people who require counselling and support or who are linked to the criminal justice system.
