British ORT

British ORT supports the work of World ORT, the largest Jewish Technical and Skills education charity in the world. Currently operating in 63 countries around the world, ORT educates approximately 270,000 people annually in the skills they need to take themselves, their families and their communities out of poverty.
British ORT focuses its efforts on specific ORT projects, traditionally in Israel and Eastern Europe, supporting ORT's International Cooperation work with non-Jewish communities in the developing world, and running ORT projects in the UK.
