We provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice and information to local residents; some of which are the most vulnerable in society. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

  • Mission statement

    We were one of the very first bureau founded in 1939. From its origins an emergency service during the second World War, we have evolved as a frontline providing essential advice and information services to those living in Westminster and surrounding areas. No-one knows when they might have a problem they can't sort out. That's why we plan to be here for our client's children, family and friends in years to come.

    Westminster Citizens Advice Bureau Service aims to:

    • To provide the advice people need for the problems they face; by ensuring individuals do not suffer from a lack of knowledge about their rights and responsibilities;
    • To improve the policies and practices that affect people‚Äôs lives; by ensuring a responsible influence is exercised on the development of social policies and services that affect local people.
