    The National Benevolent Fund for the Aged (NBFA) has been working since 1957 to support older people on low incomes who are vulnerable, marginalised, isolated and lonely. We provide free, practical services for those in need, backed up by research and experience. We want older people to be independent, valued and treated with respect.

    • To provide support for older people on low incomes who are vulnerable, lonely, marginalised and isolated.
    • To encourage vulnerable older people on low incomes to be independent and to build their social connections.
    • To ensure that the help we provide to vulnerable older people on low incomes makes a difference today.
