Alice Charity operates across North Staffordshire. We have been working across communities for 7 years. We support disadvantaged / vulnerable families with projects that deliver one to one support within the family home and community based initiatives which support the whole family to develop resilience and independence, breaking the cycle of poverty.

  • Mission statement

    Alice Charity supports vulnerable children and families within the communities of Stoke and Newcastle. The support we provide to families directly targets the areas of concern; our services include skills improvement including parenting & budgeting, well-being services, signposting, emergency food parcels, as well as essential equipment distribution. Our community activities are actively breaking the cycle of poverty by ensuring that the impacts hardship can bring has minimal effect on the children within the family. Our goal is to turn vulnerable families into resilient, independent families

    • To immediately alleviate the impact of poverty on the most disadvantaged, vulnerable families within the communities of Newcastle & Stoke
    • To provide support within the family home alongside community based initiatives which support the whole family to develop resilience and independence, breaking the cycle of poverty
