The Princess Project

The Princess Project is a small charity working in Maidstone and Medway (Kent), supporting vulnerable mums.
We run Mum2Mum, a one-to-one befriending service for young mums; Totcycle baby and toddler goods exchange, distributing good quality second hand items free of charge to families in need; run parenting groups and courses; drop-in support for mums; and distribute gift boxes to new mums.

    A passion for others, all precious daughters of God the King.
    The Princess Project provides a holistic package of support to vulnerable mums and their families, addressing their emotional, physical and spiritual needs.

  • Aims

    The Princess Project aims to:

    • The promotion of social inclusion amongst mothers who are socially excluded by providing a befriending scheme and drop-in support.
    • To advance education by running parenting courses, and to teach or provide training for parents in other life skills.
    • To relieve financial hardship among new parents and their dependants by providing good quality second hand baby and toddler clothing, equipment and toys free of charge.
    • To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with our Statement of Faith.
