We provide mental health and wellbeing support in South Essex through: Growing Together therapeutic community gardens in Westcliff, Shoeburyness, Rochford and Thundersley; support for unpaid carers in Southend Borough through counselling, peer support and listening support; and REACH Recovery College providing courses and peer support for people with mental health problems.

  • Aims

    Trust Links Limited aims to:

    • To support the recovery of people with mental health needs and provide opportunities for people to build their skills, self esteem & resilience and recover from mental health problems
    • Supporting carers, particularly those that care for people with mental health needs
    • Support the wellbeing and education of vulnerable and disadvantaged adults and children including those with learning disabilities, other disabilities and children disengaged from education
    • To help address the stigma associated with mental ill health for individuals and their families
    • To promote and inspire sustainable living through strengthening individual and community links and sharing skills and knowledge
