Focus On Labour Exploitation

Focus on Labour Exploitation (FLEX) works to end human trafficking for labour exploitation in the UK and worldwide. FLEX’s unique approach to tackling modern slavery focuses on upholding workers’ rights and preventing the labour abuses that can lead to exploitation. We believe that empowering all workers to access their rights, and holding unscrupulous employers accountable for abuse, goes a long way toward combatting exploitative practices that can lead to labour exploitation.
