We are a Christian charity based in Bideford, North Devon (established in 2005, Reg:1112092) which with solely volunteer labour, works with homeless families and individuals and people in need throughout Torridge and the greater area of North Devon, in a variety of ways.

  • Mission statement

    We have a 1,000 square-foot warehouse and a charity recycling shop in Bideford, from which we distribute free and low-cost furniture and household items to our client group. We have an emphasis on a close partnership with the Royal British Legion (welfare section) and we work together to assist ex-services personnel who are in need or are homeless/ in crisis. We are also Food bank referrers and are in partnership with Tesco's Fare Share Scheme, supplying our client group with free food supplies where appropriate. We also signpost to most other agencies and help find accommodation for many.

    The Store Homelessness Project - A Christian Ministry To The Homeless aims to:

    • We are in the process of fundraising for a drop-in centre people who are homeless/ in crisis, where free cooked meals will be provided along with refreshments and encouraging fellowship.
