  • Mission statement

Aid Box Communities mission is to uphold the basic rights of refugees and asylum seekers by providing practical aid, support and direction and, by doing so, making their daily lives a little easier.
We provide Bristol's asylum seekers & refugees with a safe haven to relax and socialise as well as access our 'Free Shop' where they can choose from a huge variety of high quality donated clothes, shoes, household items, furniture and other essentials, that will help them live more comfortably as they settle in Bristol.
We believe all refugees and asylum seekers should have access to practical, useful help and advice to aid them in the creation of their new lives.
Aid Box began as a group of volunteers who responded to the humanitarian crisis in the refugee camps of Northern France. We simply wanted to supply practical supplies and help so that people had basic access to food, shelter and advice.
We have now entered a new phase that aims to aid social and economic integration of the people who are seeking sanctuary in the UK.
