Cambridge Curiosity And Imagination

CCI believes creativity is an essential life skill. We work tirelessly to enable people from all walks of life and of all ages to discover their own powers of imagination and curiosity. Young children are often creative experts and we like to invite them to lead us so that we can jointly discover what is wondrous and intriguing in unexpected spaces - such as local streets, schools, woods, hospitals, libraries, playgrounds and recycling centres.

Founded 2002

  • Mission statement

Our work involves people, especially children, who may not access artistic or cultural opportunities. We celebrate people by working alongside them, valuing and listening to their ideas. This creative exchange impacts on an individual, community and society level; equipping people with invaluable transferrable skills and enabling communities to be more connected, transforming relationships and improving the well-being of the whole community.

  • Aims

Cambridge Curiosity And Imagination aims to:

    • To advance the education of children and training of teachers and other educators and the general public in particular but not exclusively by the provision of creative activities.
    • To help young people, especially but not exclusively through leisure time activities, so as to develop their capabilities that they may grow to full maturity as individuals and members of society.
