JUMP Childrens Charity was formed and registered in 2004 inspired by the short life of Jacob Hawthorn. JUMP provides memory books for children with life limiting health conditions

    We provide a professional photography service to children with life limiting health conditions to capture their unique and special memories and relationships with their families and friends. We create with children their own individual Memory Book with positive images of their lives and portraying their place within their family. Memory Books and personal films can make a powerful difference during a childs life and after their passing for their siblings

    JUMP Childrens Charity aims to:

    • To provide a professional photography service for children with life limiting health conditions
    • To create Memory Books and Films of special events and achievements in the short lives of children who have serious and life limiting health conditions
    • To provide a unique memory making service that can offer both short term and long term happiness to children with life limiting health conditions and their families
