The Sinodun Players Amateur Dramatic Society

We run a volunteer led theatre and cinema in the town of Wallingford in South Oxfordshire. It is open daily for performances and its spaces are used often by other local groups in the town. The venue is open for tea, coffee, soup and cakes on weekend mornings. It is a vital hub in the town.

Founded 1969

  • Mission statement

Providing excellence in arts and entertainment. From its inception, the charity has promoted local theatre. We bought and converted a disused building (the Corn Exchange) in the centre of the town in the late 1970s. We made it a wonderful space without destroying any of its original architecture and ironwork. Now its stands proud as a testimony to the past and a beacon for the future.

  • Aims
