Ribble Valley Crossroads Care is a charity which has been providing specialist support to carers in their own homes, giving carers time for themselves, for over 28 years. In the last decade, we have also become widely respected for delivering high-quality personal care to any individual, whether they live by themselves or have a loved one caring for them, within the Ribble Valley.

    Crossroads Care Ribble Valley is a specialist charitable organisation providing support to carers in their own homes, giving them ‘time’ to be themselves.
    Our Vision:
    Crossroads Care Ribble Valley wants every carer to be recognised, supported and offered services to help them maintain their health and wellbeing.
    Our Mission:
    Crossroads Care Ribble Valley provides services that respond to the needs of carers and the people the people they support, offering the peace of mind and understanding.
    Also to work with them and other stakeholders to influence services innovation and growth.

    All our staff share our values: Compassion, Respect and Dignity, Trust, high-Quality care delivered by Skilled care workers. As an organisation, we also have the value of Innovation as we strive to meet future care needs in new and relevant ways.

    Our person-centred care service is flexible, high quality and tailored to meet the particular needs of the individual and the wider family unit, in line with criteria audited by the Care Quality Commission.

    We are proud that we were rated GOOD in all areas at our latest inspection.

    Ribble Valley Crossroads Care Attendant Scheme Limited aims to:

    • To deliver high quality consistent services, tailored individually for each Carer and person with care needs by means of the provision of domiciliary care workers trained to professional standards.
    • To be committed to responding to the diversity of needs presented and developing appropriate quality services.
    • To offer support, advice and guidance to Carers thus helping to relieve any stress they experience in their caring role.
    • To ensure that Carers and people with care needs are treated with respect and sensitivity, recognising the dignity and value of each person for whom the service is provided.
    • To be committed to working in partnership with other organisations in the interest of Carers.
