Pregnancy Centres Network

Statistics show that 1 in 3 women is likely to terminate a pregnancy at one time in their childbearing years, and around 1 in 5 pregnancies ends in miscarriage. Each time a man and woman are involved. PCN resources 80 -100 independent pregnancy centres to offer professional standards of non-directive support to those facing unintended pregnancy or pregnancy loss, exercised with care and compassion based on Christian principles. We serve centres and build best practice.

    To realise this vision PCN will:
    • Organise regular national conferences
    • Foster regular regional events
    • Support centres in accessing appropriate training resources
    • Disseminate relevant information and signpost resources
    • Provide spiritual encouragement and resources
    • Provide/facilitate research opportunities
    • Advocate and encourage best practice and good governance
    • Provide communication links for individual centres
    • Provide/facilitate a national helpline and online service to individual clients

    • To relieve psychological, emotional and spiritual distress by serving independent pregnancy centres, building resilience and best practice in non-directive client care.
    • To support centres to provide helpline and online support for members of the public.
