Carers Trust Thames has been operating in this area since 1980. Today the charity works in South Northamptonshire, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Ealing.     To provide high quality and professional services that enable more and more carers and people with care needs to receive valuable breaks, practical assistance, care and support from Carers Trust Thames.

  • Aims

    Carers Trust Thames aims to:

    • Develop a person-centred culture, for clients and for staff, to create a charity that is engaging and motivational, whilst always professional.
    • Work collaboratively with third sector and statutory partners to deliver seamless and integrated health and social care services throughout a person’s life.
    • Develop our range and quantity of funding streams to enable the charity to provide free care to people in need and increase the resilience of the charity.
