Ty Hafan

Tŷ Hafan is one of the UK’s leading paediatric palliative care charities and offers care to children and support for their families, throughout Wales.
We offer this support in the hospice, in the community and in their home so that they can make the most of the time they have together, however short that is.
Tŷ Hafan has supported 699 families since opening in 1999 and is currently supporting 247 children and their families.
