The Friends of Bournemouth Leukaemia Fund aim to provide funding for research, effective diagnoses and tailored treatments for all cancers for patients at Royal Bournemouth Hospital in Dorset and Hampshire and carried out by the doctors and scientists of Bournemouth Leukaemia Fund.

  • Mission statement

    Bournemouth Leukaemia Fund was formed in 1984 and is governed by a Trust Deed. The aim of the charity is the promotion of any charitable medical purposes. This should be for the benefit of the community in Dorset and Hampshire and, in particular, the advancement of the education, training and research for leukaemia, other cancers and all ancillary work. The work should be in connection with the Royal Bournemouth Hospital or any hospital replacing or built in conjunction with or in addition to the same, providing that the useful results of such will be published.
