Winchester Science Centre

Winchester Science Centre and Planetarium is an educational charity created to advance the knowledge and understanding of the public in general, and the young in particular, in science and technology. The Centre welcomes 172,000 visitors a year who interact with over 100 exhibits and experience the largest stand-alone planetarium in the UK.

    To ensure that the Winchester Science Centre is seen as a leading, outstanding and progressive example of a UK Science and Discovery
    Centre.

    To advance the education, knowledge and understanding of the public, in particular the young, in basic technology an scientific principles and processes, so as to create and inspire both a new generation equipped with skills for modern enterprise and a population more able to appreciate fully the significance of today's increasingly complex issues.
