The Bridge - Richmondshire

Charity information
The Bridge - Richmondshire
The Bridge, formally know as St John's Community Centre, provides day care for vulnerable older people who are either isolated or in need of companionship. Living in a rural area where families have moved away leaves these older people isolated and lonely. Providing day care gives them a sense of belonging, a purpose and less likely to need hospital admissions or being placed into a nursing home.
