The Family Trust

We regularly visit over 180 Primary Schools in the Maidstone, Medway and Swale areas of Kent delivering; assemblies, lunch time/afterschool clubs, lessons, interactive seasonal experiences, touring drama/pantomime performances, prayer/reflection spaces, organising school visits to local churches. We also support churches and others with their family services, holiday clubs, children’s work training, provide free to use session resources and we organise and run annual residential camps.

    The Family Trust mission statement is "to help children to discover that Christianity is relevant to their daily lives". This mission statement is worked out in practice through a team of staff, associates and volunteers delivering regular activities in schools in the Maidstone, Medway and Swale areas of Kent.

    The Family Trust aims to:

    • To help children to discover that Christianity is relevant to their daily lives.
    • To enhance the moral, spiritual, educational and social aspects of children and young people, including, those who are disadvantaged.
    • To develop confidence and self-esteem in children and young people and to encourage them to grow into their full potential.
