    To be the lead city-wide third sector delivery organisation influencing, shaping and delivering responsive services which support the independence and well being of older people in Leeds and positively improve their quality of life.

  • Aims

    Age Uk Leeds aims to:

    • To support older people with increased vulnerability, dementia or frailty and their families and carers to maintain their independence
    • To support older people to achieve physical, mental, emotional and social health & well-being through active and healthy lifestyles and self management
    • To support older people and their families and carers to build and maintain resilience to deal with major life changes
    • To support older people and their families & carers to make informed decisions and exercise choice and control
    • To support older people to make a positive contribution through being active, engaged, respected and valued
