Friends Of St Nicholas Special School

Friends of St Nicholas School support all 100 children at St Nicholas School in Canterbury, all of whom have a sever disability by providing extra resources and activities. Many of your children have multiple disabilities, use wheelchairs, have visla and hearing impairment, epilepsy and autism so need special facilities to make the most of life. Over the last two years we have install a new fully accessible playground which all our children can use.

    Our aim is to provide the extra help our disabled children need to fully participate in all aspects of school life, to support parents and sibling of the disabled child and to help each person become as independent as possible.
