ENTRAIDE (MUTUAL AID) SUPPORTS ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES IN SOLIHULL AND THE WEST MIDLANDS. WE HELP THEM TO ACCESS BENEFITS, HOUSING, EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT AS WELL AS PROVIDING BEFRIENDING AND OTHER SOCIAL ACTIVITIES. WE ALSO WORK TO REDUCE POVERTY IN AFRICA (ESPECIALLY IN DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF CONGO) IN THE FIELDS OF EDUCATION, HEALTH, LIVELIHOODS, AGRICULTURE, ETC.

    Our Vision

    A world where asylum seekers and refugees are safe, respected and live free from persecution and where people in Africa live life to its fullness, free from poverty.

    Our Mission

    ENTRAIDE will work to empower asylum seekers and refugees in the West Midlands to rebuild their lives and fully integrate into society. We will also work to empower marginalised communities in Africa enabling them to lead fulfilled lives.

    Entraide (mutual Aid) aims to:

    • Enable refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers in the West Midlands to access education, health services and social provision through the provision of advice, advocacy and one-to-one support.
    • Alleviate poverty in Africa through improved access to education, health services, water and sanitation and sustainable livelihoods.
