Special Needs And Parent Support Yorkshire

SNAPS is a small local Leeds based charity supporting disabled children and their families.
We do this through our Saturday support group, where we offer a range of activities to meet the needs of children and parents/carers. Activities include swim club (including hydrotherapy delivered by Paediatric Physio-therapists), trampolining, arts/crafts group and soft play and music sessions.
We specifically run on a Saturday to enable the whole family to participate included.
